Process Coverage Map - InFORM L1-L3
Interactive coverage table across the InFORM General Insurance (P&C) Level 1-3 process hierarchy. Every L3 line carries:
- An Olly phase tag (
MVP/Base/Full) from the source taxonomy - the earliest phase the work belongs to. - An RYG status ( / / ) for what's built today (assessed at L2 and inherited by every child L3).
Filter, sort, aggregate
Use the chips and dropdowns to narrow the table. Use L2 collapsed view to see one row per L2 process group with a phase mix. Use L3 rows to see every leaf process individually.
Reading guide
- Pressure-test every tag against the actual Base product spec.
- Clinical layer is not modelled by InFORM. Prevention, clinical triage, provider/GP routing and DCB0129 clinical safety have no home in this commercial-P&C taxonomy. The
MVPtags below cover only the enabling platform; the triage engine, provider network and prevention modules sit outside this framework and need their own line items. - London-market commercial residue is tagged
Full. 11.0 Ceded Reinsurance, coinsurance / shared risk, facultative reinsurance, exposure accumulation / PML, premium audit, bordereaux & book rolls, cover-holders / DAs, wholesalers, with-profits / ILS, loss control, catastrophe holds.Fullhere means "latest bucket"; many of these may be out of scope for PMI B2B2C entirely.
Phase semantics
- MVP - core MVP journeys only (onboarding, prevention, triage, GP) + the platform / health-data / security needed to run them. Pre-authorisation; not yet a regulated insurer.
- Base - everything to service the Base product end-to-end and the regulatory architecture to function as a UK insurer (PRA/FCA, Solvency II, capital, risk & governance, finance/actuarial, compliance). Basic underwriting only.
- Full - full live health-insurer architecture: complex underwriting, add-ons, advanced actuarial/capital, reinsurance, distribution at scale.
